1. Tell us the items details(material ,size,thickness and quantity).and then we will quote a nice price for you. (If the price is agreed by both parties, you have to pay a 50% down payment and 100% plate-making fee first.)
2. After we receive your down payment, we will start to produce the goods .
3. During the course of producing , we will send you the photos to check and confirm.
If everything is ok , you have to pay the balance amount before shipping.

Q: Can you produce customized products?
A: Yes, we can produce the products as your requested material size, printing and etc, please feel free to contact us if you are any requests.
Q: Do you offer samples?
A: Normally free samples similar to your request can be provided for your reference, you only need to pay for the freight.
Q: Can we place an order with a low quantity than M.O.Q?
A: Price is highly based on quantity, if the quantity lower than MOQ, the unit price will be higher.
Q: What is your production time?
A: For samples, we can send them within 1 day.
For bulk order, normally we can finish them about 2 weeks. shipping time depends on different areas.
Q: What shipping way do you usually use?
A: For samples, we send them by DHL, UPS, FEDEX or some other cheap and fast express way.
For mass production, we usually deliver them by sea in consider of the shipping cost. But if the Goods are urgent, we can help to deliver by air.
Q: Can we visit your factory or office?
A: Yes, we are located in Jiangyin City, JiangSu Province, China. 1.5 hour drive to shanghai. So you can arrive in shanghai and we pick up you to our factory. This is really welcome : )
